The prices listed are general and are subject to change slightly depending on the type of event being held.

 

There is one main room available for rent: 

 

Main Ballroom (biggest room): $100/hr

Maintenance fee: $100

Early Set-Up fee: $50

 

Deposit: $200 -or- 50% of total 

 

We have 6 white banquet tables (seat 8 each) and 5 small round tables (seat 4 each)

Those are included in the prices above, if more chairs and tables are needed, people can bring their own, or we can provide more for an extra cost.

 

We have two mirrored disco balls in the main ballroom and a large flat screen tv.  The Main Ballroomown has it's own sound system and speakers.

We also have a small bar that can be used, two mini fridges, one large fridge and microwave.

Coffee maker and water cooler/dispenser, too.
